A long-tested eggnog recipe by Bája - the owner of the NA PATŘE project. This is Báječňák®! Balanced and smooth in taste, made from high-quality ingredients and scented with Bourbon vanilla.
It is a small distillery outside Prague, where Ondřej Kopička and Petr Alexander create unique spirits, brandies, and liqueurs together.
They grow their own herbs and accompany the fruit on its journey all year round, from bud to blossom to fruit. They are interested in nature and the landscape as a whole. Their common goal is to capture the landscape and its richness in a bottle.
WINE BRANDY or grape brandy, which matures in oak barrels for several years and is made from Milan Nestarec's wine, thrilled us so much that it was clear that with it, our eggnog would be exactly what we want.
We teamed up with Michal, the owner and not just a great producer of artisanal ice cream from OFFICINA GELATO, to cook up a cream base from premium ingredients according to our recipe. This ensures the resulting cognac is flavor-balanced. It is smooth, fragrant with aged wine brandy and Bourbon vanilla.

Who is behind the project?
She loves coming up with new dishes for guests to taste, searching for suppliers who pride themselves on honesty, and enjoys hosting pop-up dinners with chef friends.
She is a perfectionist who cares about details and ensuring everything has a purpose. Currently, however, she is primarily a mom to her little daughter.
She likes authenticity, care, and an eye for detail. She often finds inspiration in traditions and customs that were once a natural part of our lives, but which we sometimes forget today.
She believes that good things take time, care, and hard work. And that nothing comes without effort.
